The best way to address a maintenance problem in your space is to submit a work order or call the office in event of an emergency.

At Crosby Center, parking is free and available on a first come, first served basis. If you have any questions regarding parking please notify the Management Office. Visitor Parking is clearly marked and is for visitors only.

Handicap spaces are clearly marked and should not be used unless a valid handicap place card is displayed. These spaces are reserved for handicapped individuals only.

Tenant Events

National Development organizes and hosts FREE park wide tenant appreciation events throughout the year that are open to all tenants here at Crosby Center.  Our tenant engagement initiative launched in 2018 in an effort to enhance the sense of community and provide opportunities to interact with colleagues and other companies outside of the office.

2018 events included: Onsite Community Service with Building Impact, Tapped Beer Truck Series, Outdoor Yoga, Lunchtime BBQ, Game Night, and Mixology Class.

Keep an out for 2019 event communication via email as well as posted in lobbies and the cafeteria.


Does your car need service? Take advantage of the convenience of onsite car maintenance and schedule an appointment with Zippity.

How Zippity Service works:

- Schedule services online

- Go to work and park in the Zippity dedicated parking spaces.

- Drop your keys in the Zippity Key-osk.

- While you're at work, they service your car in their mobile service trailer.

- They notify you when service is complete. Drive home your fixed-up car after work!

Example of Services: Oil Changes, Filtration, Health Checks, Wipers & Bulbs, Battery Services, Tire Services, Brake Services, Cleaning

Janitorial Service

Janitorial service is provided Monday through Friday evenings after normal business hours. Routine office cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting and emptying wastebaskets. Service to your suite will commence on the first regular service day after your move-in, unless you have requested otherwise.

As a reminder, please do not place objects near or against trash receptacles if the items are not to be thrown away. For your convenience, trash/basura signs are available in the Management Office (located at 28 Crosby Drive) to designate items for disposal.

Safety Guidlines

For your safety, your cooperation is the requested in observing the following building safety guidelines:

Notify the Property Management Office for loiterers or suspicious people in corridors or restrooms. Always lock your suite when the office is unattended, even if it is just for a moment. Remember to take your suite keys and building access card with you when you leave the premises. Collect keys and building access cards from employees whom have resigned or have been terminated. Please report any terminations to the Management Office.


Crosby Center is committed to supporting a comprehensive recycling program. 

All paper should be put into the designated blue bucket at your desk. These are issued to all tenants at move-in. The cleaners will bring the contents to the paper recycling containers on the loading dock.

All cardboard boxes should be broken down and marked for trash.

Currently, there is no set standard for collecting co-mingled beverage containers. There are several charities that service the park and will collect these items at no charge.

There is a box on the loading docks at 22 Crosby Drive, 34 Crosby Drive and 36 Crosby Drive for electronic waste such as computer towers, batteries, fax machines, etc.
